Responsibilities
- Manage reception area and greet employees, candidates, and visitors
- Fulfill office supply requests and maintain inventory for stationery, snacks, and coffee
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, including creating mailing labels
- Coordinate simple maintenance requests with building management
- Set up workstations for new hires, provide office tours, and assist with first-day logistics
- Support desk relocations and general office organization
- Assist with planning and executing small in-office events and celebrations
- Support organization of in-office meetings and planning sessions
- Identify and propose process improvements for office management
- Support offboarding logistics and verify identification documents for I-9 completion
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Associate degree or relevant certificate (preferred)
