Business Development Manager

Fundraise Up is a fast-growing fintech for enterprise nonprofits, leveraging AI to increase donation revenue and donor acquisition. They are seeking a data-driven BDR Manager to lead a remote team focused on high-quality outbound and inbound pipeline that converts to revenue, coach new-to-sales reps to productivity, and collaborate cross-functionally to build a best-in-class BDR function.

Skills

  • 2+ years BDR sales leadership with proven pipeline-to-revenue results
  • SaaS sales experience
  • Strong Salesforce reporting and CRM expertise
  • Experience with outbound tools (Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Orum, etc.)
  • Data-driven operator comfortable with dashboards and metrics
  • Deep understanding of leading vs. lagging indicators
  • Proven track record ramping BDRs to productivity in 60–90 days
  • Experience building outbound + inbound playbooks and cadences
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, Enablement, and Sales
  • US availability (9am–6pm ET)

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of BDRs (80% outbound, 20% inbound) to hit monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline targets.
  • Analyze daily and weekly performance metrics to inform strategy, identify trends, and hold the team accountable to leading and lagging indicators.
  • Design and execute outbound and inbound playbooks in partnership with Sales leadership and RevOps.
  • Collaborate on territory management, account scoring, and prioritization with Sales, RevOps, and AEs.
  • Leverage intent data and buying signals to sharpen targeting and personalization.
  • Create and manage cadences, sequences, and campaigns with Marketing and Enablement to maximize conversion.
  • Forecast pacing and pipeline accurately and consistently; ensure no surprises.
  • Ramp new-to-sales talent to productivity within 60–90 days through coaching, structure, and feedback.
  • Set and maintain a high-energy, inclusive culture that balances accountability and engagement.
  • Execute tactically when needed—make calls, craft sequences, and model effective outreach.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
