Principal Program Manager, Global Partners

Cloudflare is a large-scale internet security and performance company on a mission to build a better Internet. The Global Partners organization is looking for a Principal Program Manager to define, integrate, and evolve global routes-to-revenue across diverse partner types (GSIs, MSSPs, service providers, technology alliances), driving partner program design, enablement, incentives, compliance, and cross-functional execution.

  • Designing and running partner programs across multiple partner types
  • Cross-functional stakeholder alignment and influence
  • Program analytics and KPI-driven decision making
  • Incentive design and operational execution (e.g., deal registration workflows)
  • Global program rollout and change management
  • Strong written and verbal communication and executive presentation
  • Familiarity with partner business models and channel economics
  • Experience with partner lifecycle processes, compliance, and onboarding

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve global partner program structure and routes-to-revenue, including specialization frameworks and paths for GSIs, MSSPs, service providers, and technology partners.
  • Partner with Partner Strategy & Operations and Partner Program Experience to set roadmap for systems, tools, and strategic initiatives.
  • Serve as the voice of the global partner ecosystem—gather, validate, and communicate partner requirements to program and product teams.
  • Design and scale enablement and advocacy programs to ensure partners and internal teams understand program benefits, ROE, and operational processes.
  • Manage incentive programs end-to-end: qualification criteria, claims submission, documentation, and adoption tracking (e.g., Deal Registration).
  • Track and report key program metrics (adoption, incentive utilization, compliance, engagement) and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Legal, Enablement, Theaters) to ensure consistent global program standards.
  • Own and execute global projects such as partner sales initiatives, executive briefings, and webinars.
  • Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities in program execution and recommend remedial actions.
  • Develop and manage standardized partner onboarding and termination processes in partnership with Legal and Partner Experience.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Preferred: MBA or advanced business degree (not required)
