Skills

Responsibilities
- Design and implement processes to meet recurring global compliance and audit requirements (EEO-1, OFCCP, pay equity, SOC 2, SOX, right-to-work verifications, etc.)
- Lead and support complex cross-functional compliance projects, driving alignment on programs, policies, training, and communications
- Conduct global HR risk assessments to identify compliance gaps and prioritize mitigation strategies
- Create and manage an annual HR compliance calendar tracking milestones, results, and dependencies
- Develop and govern HR policies and contingent worker policies; maintain consistency across people-facing documentation
- Partner with Legal, Finance, Security and other stakeholders to ensure HR policies meet business, data security and customer obligations
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and implement required changes across people systems and practices
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Law or related field, or equivalent experience
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are a plus
