The HR Generalist with a Payroll & Benefits emphasis is responsible for administering and managing FairCom’s day-to-day HR functions, with a focus on payroll processing, benefits administration, compliance, and employee support. This role will ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with federal and state laws while supporting broader HR initiatives that promote an engaged, high-performing workplace.
