Partner Manager

Defy Security is seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Partner Manager to lead strategic alliances with top cybersecurity technology vendors. In this role, you’ll strengthen and expand Defy’s partner ecosystem — driving collaboration, co-selling opportunities, and joint go-to-market success across our national sales organization.

This is a high-impact position at the intersection of sales, strategy, and execution. You’ll own relationships with key partners, champion mutual growth initiatives, and ensure Defy and our partners deliver meaningful outcomes for customers together.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned cybersecurity partners, managing both strategic and emerging alliances.

  • Lead joint business planning, quarterly reviews, and revenue-driving initiatives.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align partner strategies with pipeline priorities, field enablement, and market development efforts.

  • Drive measurable revenue impact through joint sales campaigns, events, and co-branded marketing initiatives.

  • Manage MDF planning, usage, and reporting to maximize ROI and partner visibility.

  • Partner with services and technical teams to enable field adoption of partner-driven solutions.

  • Track and report partnership performance, pipeline contribution, and key metrics to leadership.

  • Represent Defy’s culture and values in all external engagements.

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or alliances within cybersecurity, IT, SaaS, or related industries.

  • Strong understanding of the cybersecurity channel ecosystem (VARs, vendors, distributors, service providers).

  • Proven ability to build and sustain strong relationships with executive and field-level stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.

  • Track record of exceeding partnership or revenue goals through cross-functional collaboration.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce and partner enablement platforms.

  • High energy, self-motivated, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.

  • Ability to travel up to 25–30%.

  • Competitive compensation: Base salary range of $110,000–$135,000 USD, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role, plus eligibility for a quarterly performance-based bonus.
