Role Summary

Conduit Health is looking for a Founding Partnerships Lead to help drive beyond our successful founder-led motion towards 8-figure revenue and lay the groundwork for a world-class go-to-market engine. You’ll be the point guard for the entire sales cycle—pinpointing ideal prospects, diagnosing their pain points, quantifying ROI, and driving deals past activation to adoption. Early wins open a clear, internal path to Director of Growth, where you’ll hire, coach, and scale the team whose playbooks you helped create.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a partner sales funnel: Find and engage home-care agencies and other post-acute providers that are trying to help connect their patients to equipment and supplies.

  • Diagnose & pitch: Uncover each provider's referral pain points, show the ROI of sending patients through Conduit, and close partnership agreements.

  • Launch & enable: Engage and train agency staff, roll out branded experiences and give them all the tools they need to refer with confidence.

  • Drive initial adoption: Work closely with onboarding and customer success to track first orders, run check-ins, and ramp referral volume across branches and service lines.

  • Feed insights back: Bring partner feedback and competitive intel to Product and Marketing to shape roadmap and messaging. You’re the tip of the spear: cross-functional collaboration is critical.

  • Lay the foundation: Document playbooks and KPIs, mentor future reps, and help spin up the systems that will scale our partner-sales engine for the next dozen team members.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years closing full-cycle SaaS, channel, or partnership deals (health-tech a plus).

  • Consistent quota crusher with a track record of post-sale adoption and expansion.

  • Startup athlete—energized by ambiguity, context switching, and hands-on execution.
    Polished storyteller, quick on their feet, who can win over the C-suite.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience landing first-in-kind or pilot agreements at Seed/Series A health-tech startups.

  • Fluency in RevOps tooling (HubSpot, Instantly, Outreach, etc.).

Career Growth Path

  1. 0-3 Months – Individual Contributor: establish repeatable sales motion, close lighthouse accounts.

  2. 3-12 Months – Player-Coach: hire/mentor 3-4 AEs & SDRs, formalize playbooks and KPIs.

  3. 12 + Months – Director of Growth: own revenue target, budget, and team development.
