Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted HRBP for assigned teams, supporting org planning, employee development, and team effectiveness.
- Lead mid-level employee relations with professionalism and escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Manage and optimize People Ops systems, benefits administration, vendor relationships, and HR policy implementation.
- Ensure compliance and partnership with Legal and Finance on labor laws and audits.
- Oversee the PEO relationship and handle day-to-day escalations and process improvements.
- Streamline onboarding, offboarding, leave tracking, and policy updates with scalability focus.
- Use data to inform decisions by tracking key People metrics and sharing actionable insights.
- Support performance cycles, promotions, and internal communications aligning employees with company mission.
Education
- Relevant HR or business-related education preferred.
