They seek a Talent Acquisition Intern to assist their recruiting team with scheduling, candidate assessment, and recruitment event organization, providing an excellent learning environment for undergraduates interested in HR and business.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to proactively ask questions and engage candidates.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a flexible schedule year-round.
  • Comfortable presenting to groups and representing the company at career events.
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate high-volume candidate interviews and scheduling for US and international participants.
  • Support recruiters with candidate screening, application review, and career event coordination.
  • Enhance the candidate experience through timely communications and positive interactions.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to recruiting workflows for greater efficiency.
  • Organize and collaborate on recruitment events to attract potential interns and employees.

Education

  • Completion of two years of undergraduate coursework in human resources, business, or related field.
  • Currently enrolled and progressing toward a bachelor’s degree.
