- Coordinate high-volume candidate interviews and scheduling for US and international participants.
- Support recruiters with candidate screening, application review, and career event coordination.
- Enhance the candidate experience through timely communications and positive interactions.
- Identify and suggest improvements to recruiting workflows for greater efficiency.
- Organize and collaborate on recruitment events to attract potential interns and employees.
Education
- Completion of two years of undergraduate coursework in human resources, business, or related field.
- Currently enrolled and progressing toward a bachelor’s degree.
