TALENT ACQUISITION SOURCING SPECIALIST

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Analyst & Sourcing Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role combines strategic sourcing and recruiting support with data analysis and reporting expertise. You will play a key role in identifying top talent, building robust pipelines, and delivering actionable insights to optimize our recruiting efforts. Additionally, you will provide occasional coverage for Talent Acquisition team members during absences, ensuring continuity in candidate experience and hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & Recruiting Support:
    • Proactively source and engage passive candidates using social media, job boards, and professional networks.
    • Partner with Talent Acquisition Consultants to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
    • Conduct pre-screens and provide candidate recommendations.
    • Support job marketing efforts and attend recruiting events.
    • Provide backup coverage for Talent Acquisition Consultants during vacations or high-volume periods.
  • Data & Reporting:
    • Serve as the liaison between Talent Acquisition and HRIS, supporting system enhancements and issue resolution.
    • Create and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruiting reports.
    • Conduct audits of job postings, programmatic spend, and compliance-related data (e.g., I-9s, global transfers).
    • Track and analyze sourcing metrics to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
  • Project & Process Management:
    • Lead or support Oracle-related projects and system improvements.
    • Maintain project inventories and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
    • Conduct market research to identify hiring trends and competitive insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5+ years of experience in recruiting and/or sourcing.
  • Strong sourcing and social media marketing skills.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
  • Experience with ATS (Oracle preferred), CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for job advertising.
