- Facilitate conflict resolution and recommend fair solutions
- Ensure management awareness of company policies and employment laws
- Consult on compensation and staffing changes
- Coordinate with global HR teams for program consistency
- Partner with global talent acquisition to attract top talent
- Create positive, inclusive employee experiences with a passion for cycling culture
- Maintain personnel data and manage talent management processes
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or relevant experience
