- Ability to participate in occasional travel for recruiting events
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Advanced Practice Providers and Aestheticians including screening, interviewing, and onboarding support
- Source candidates through multiple channels such as job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
- Oversee provider job board platforms ensuring timely and strategic job postings
- Collaborate with physician recruiters to support pipeline development and recruitment operations
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for clinical talent
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs and provide hiring solutions
- Maintain candidate records and requisitions within the ATS
- Support recruitment marketing and branding efforts
- Participate in special projects and recruitment events
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
