- Proven success recruiting for difficult-to-fill roles with creative sourcing
- Strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Hands-on sourcing skills including LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred)
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated and adaptable with strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies and job descriptions
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interview scheduling and manage candidate communication
- Maintain applicant tracking system data and compliance
- Provide recruiting updates to hiring managers and HR
- Assist with offer negotiations and pre-employment processes
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout hiring
Education
- 5+ years recruiting experience, preferably in technical or high-growth settings
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
