We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Senior Recruiter to join our team. This role is responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong client relationships, and maintaining a consistent talent pipeline that meets our clients' hiring needs. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for temporary to permanent positions, possess strong interpersonal and analytical skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
·        Lead and support a team of recruiters with weekly recruitment plans and priorities.
·        Review the recruitment funnel weekly to drive continuous improvement.
·        Source, recruit, and interview a high volume of candidates for permanent placements.
·        Manage full-cycle recruitment across industries based on client needs.
·        Build strong client partnerships and understand their business and hiring goals.
·        Maintain a pipeline of qualified talent aligned with client forecasts.
·        Execute recruiting strategies to meet quality and volume targets.
·        Screen candidates against client-specific job profiles.
·        Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
·        Conduct client visits to strengthen consultative relationships.
·        Match candidates’ strengths with client needs to ensure successful placements.
·        Propose creative hiring solutions to meet client challenges.
·        Engage regularly with employees to ensure a positive experience.
·        Report performance metrics and improvement opportunities to leadership.

Qualifications
·        5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a client-facing or agency role.
·        Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and employment laws.
·        Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
·        Proficient with ATS and recruiting tools.
