Provider Compensation Consultant *Virtual*

The Provider Compensation Consultant is responsible for the development and analysis of provider compensation plans in support of assigned business unit.  Functions as a strategic partner with executive leadership teams, leading compensation design and implementing new programs and best practices.  Provides input on and implements policies, procedures and processes on a system-wide basis and provides consultative services, communication and training regarding new and existing compensation programs and issues.  Performs all duties in a manner that promotes team concepts and reflects the Sisters of Providence mission and philosophy.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related area or equivalent educ/experience
  • 2 years Demonstrated experience some, if not all, of the following:  provider compensation design, finance, physician practice management and/or project and change management.
  • Experienced with a variety of forecasting and modeling techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as a strategic partner/consultant.

  • Montana: Except Great Falls: Min: $32.29, Max: $50.13  
  • Montana: Great Falls: Min: $30.59, Max: $47.49  
  • Oregon: Non-Portland Service Area: Min: $37.39, Max: $58.05  
  • Oregon: Portland Service Area: Min: $40.11, Max: $62.27  
  • Texas – Lubbock, Levelland, Plainview:  Min: $30.59, Max: $47.49  
  • Washington: Western: Min: $41.81, Max: $64.91
