In this position, the Senior Manager, Talent Development will work closely with the Vice President, Talent Development to execute a learning strategy that enhances the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of MLS/SUM employees. The Senior Manager will help increase employee engagement, promote our core values, and enable our employees to add value and drive competitive advantage across the organization.

Major League Soccer offers a competitive starting base salary of $90,000 - $110,000, based on individual qualifications, market financials, and operational business needs.
