Ford Office Technologies is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing top talent for our growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various platforms, including job boards, social media, referrals, career fairs and networking events, to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
- Manage applicant tracking system and maintain candidate records.
- Support employer branding initiatives and promote company culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience and success as a recruiter.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Good judgement and decision making.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Thrive in a team environment.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
