Role overview

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with proven experience in sourcing and recruiting technical roles (Product, Design, Marketing, Data, Operations, Finance). Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll proactively source, identify, engage, and help in hiring top-tier tech talent.
What you’ll be doing
Conduct full cycle recruiting end to end; including candidate sourcing, application reviews, recruiting coordination, screening interviews, and high touch candidate management through the interview cycle
Manage all aspects of candidate pipeline activity and maintain data integrity within the ATS, proactively sharing data-centric updates with stakeholders and TA Manager
Develop innovative and organized candidate sourcing strategies using multiple channels including referral generation, sourcing campaigns, talent branding efforts and other creative channels to support hiring goals
Create an exceptional candidate experience from application to offer, acting as a candidate advisor and advocate throughout the hiring process
Work with hiring managers to provide guidance, expertise, collaboration and teamwork to hire the best talent for our team
What you have
5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with demonstrated track record of delivering on hiring goals across Product, Design, Marketing, Data, Operations, and Finance
In-house recruiting experience with a start-up, or high-growth company is required
You have deep expertise with a variety of sourcing platforms and applicant tracking systems. Experience with Ashby is highly preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication, negotiation, and time management skills
You can operate with a sense of urgency and with flexibility of schedule as needed

Compensation
The anticipated fee for this position is $52 - $60 per hour. The actual fee offered depends on the qualifications of the individual applicant for the contract position.
