Responsibilities: The Clinical Recruiter will lead the full-cycle recruitment process, develop sourcing strategies, conduct candidate assessments, ensure timely hiring, and maintain accurate recruitment data.
Skills: Required skills include 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong knowledge of state licensure and compliance standards, proficiency with applicant tracking systems, and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and at least 2 years of experience in clinical or healthcare recruitment, particularly in mental health.
Location: This is a fully remote position available to candidates residing in select states across the USA.
Compensation: $55 - $65 / Hourly

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Contract Clinical Recruiter with a proven track record in recruiting mental health and behavioral health professionals to join our Talent Acquisition team during a high-volume hiring period. This role is critical to maintaining our hiring velocity, service delivery, and compliance standards.
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for licensed tele-health clinicians across multiple states/regions, You will partner closely with hiring managers, clinical leaders, and our TA team to ensure timely hiring of clinical roles while safeguarding candidate quality and candidate/stakeholder experience.
