Responsibilities
- Lead HR function for seven television stations in the Northeast region.
- Manage complex, sensitive employee relations and people issues.
- Coach and guide managers and employees on performance management, talent strategy, and employee engagement.
- Partner strategically with regional leadership aligning human capital with business goals.
- Drive organizational change and champion talent development and succession planning.
- Collaborate on HR projects, initiatives, and best practice sharing across the company.
- Communicate the company's value proposition to external candidates and serve as a brand ambassador.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline is strongly preferred.
