Recruiting Program Manager

Applied Intuition builds the vehicle intelligence toolchain and autonomy stacks used by top automakers and defense programs. The Recruiting Program Manager will design, implement, and scale recruiting programs, systems, and workflows to enable fast, high-quality hiring across the company, working closely with recruiters, engineers, operations, and leadership.

Skills

  • 3+ years in recruiting operations, program management, or systems design
  • Strong project management and initiative scoping skills
  • Familiarity with recruiting platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Gem) and related tooling
  • Experience using documentation and project-tracking tools like Confluence and JIRA
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
  • Systems mindset with strong attention to scalability and detail
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale recruiting workflows, programs, and tools to improve hiring speed and candidate experience
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and recruiting to integrate ATS, CRM, scheduling, and portals
  • Own program execution and tracking using Confluence for documentation and JIRA for project management
  • Design and maintain candidate-facing resources (interview prep, post-offer engagement)
  • Enable hiring teams with training, role scoping guides, and evaluation frameworks
  • Manage relationships with external talent networks, universities, and strategic partners
  • Track, report, and analyze recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Pilot and evaluate emerging tools and AI-enabled recruiting technologies

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
  • Relevant certifications or training in project management or HR systems are a plus
