Skills
- 5+ years sourcing and engaging top-tier software engineering talent
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative recruiting experience
- Deep understanding of software engineering roles, skills, and market
- Hands-on experience with recruiting tools like Greenhouse and Gem
- Proficient with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and multiple sourcing channels
- Ability to manage multiple candidate funnels and pipeline reporting
- Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating with a small team
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and track a high volume of technical candidates through the full interview lifecycle
- Partner closely with hiring managers to influence talent strategy and deliver hiring targets
- Pitch team mission and roles to attract and close exceptional software engineering talent
- Track and analyze pipeline and performance data to improve recruiting outcomes
- Design and implement recruiting strategies and process improvements (referrals, automation, best practices)
- Use advanced prospecting techniques and tools for information retrieval, web-scraping, and candidate management
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit to achieve high interview-to-offer ratios
- Engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and SOBO campaigns
- Drive diverse talent pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience through proactive communication
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; equivalent experience accepted
- Relevant recruiting certifications or continued professional development a plus
