Responsibilities
- Act as strategic thought partner to business leaders on people-related strategy, alignment, and employee engagement.
- Coach managers and teams on performance management, feedback, and development practices.
- Advise on workforce planning, restructures, succession planning, and compensation calibration.
- Lead and conduct complex employee relations investigations and provide policy guidance.
- Design, implement, and iterate people programs and cross-functional initiatives to support rapid growth.
- Use people metrics and data to inform retention, hiring, and development decisions.
- Facilitate talent calibration sessions and collaborate on compensation and promotion planning.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
