Dandy is seeking a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to become part of our inclusive and expanding venture-supported company. You’ll own part of coordination activities as well as supporting candidate experience with in office interviews. You’ll be collaborating with our Recruiters to schedule interviews, manage interview processes, and help source for pipeline roles. You will also partner with our Recruiting Operations team on rolling out exciting recruiting projects and initiatives.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with various teams to enhance the recruitment process, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience for all candidates.
Work to build out our Ashby ATS instance and find new efficiencies that will help the recruiting team work smarter and not just harder.
Keep all job postings and interview plans current and well-documented.
Anticipate needs of candidates and interview panel members; providing quick and thoughtful solutions.
Explore and apply innovative strategies for identifying talent and fostering cohesive teams.
Join forces with our Talent Leadership and Recruitment Team to achieve our inclusive hiring objectives.
Engage in projects to discover new avenues for candidate engagement.
