Responsibilities
- Design and scale Spark’s recruiting organization to meet hiring goals across engineering, product, operations, sales, and executive roles
- Manage and coach one full-time recruiter and a network of contract recruiters; define roadmap for team expansion
- Own the candidate experience and employer brand from sourcing through offer and onboarding
- Partner closely with executives and hiring managers to shape talent strategy tied to workforce planning
- Implement and optimize recruiting systems, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and data-driven decision-making
- Act as a player/coach—lead critical searches and mentor the recruiting team on sourcing and closing
- Track, analyze, and report recruiting funnel metrics and insights to leadership
- Ensure hiring practices comply with legal and compensation guidelines and support market competitiveness
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- HR, business, or related field recommended but not required
- Relevant recruiting certifications (PHR/SPHR/SHRM) are a plus
