Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles across Sales, Partnerships, Account Management and related teams
- Source passive and active candidates across multiple channels and maintain robust pipelines
- Screen, interview, and manage candidate experience end-to-end
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy
- Use recruiting data and metrics to optimize processes and time-to-hire
- Collaborate with global recruiting on DEI initiatives, employer branding, events, and partnerships
- Run and improve multi-channel search strategies and creative sourcing campaigns
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Relevant recruiting or HR certifications are a plus
