What We're Looking For 


At Agate Software, we are looking for a Sales Operations & Enablement Manager who can architect clarity out of chaos. This is a hybrid role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, systems, and sales performance - and knows how to execute without waiting for permission. 

You will be the engine behind a disciplined, data-driven sales operation and the architect of a repeatable, scalable sales process. You will build the infrastructure that lets our team run fast and smart—then drive the enablement programs that sharpen their edge. If you need rules, precedent, or a fully staffed support team to be effective, this is not your role. But if you are a builder with the ability to turn ambiguity into execution - and love owning the end-to-end sales machine - we want to meet you. 


What You'll Do
  • Own the structure, configuration, and administration of our CRM (HubSpot) and ensure it reflects and reinforces our sales strategy 
  • Build and enforce scalable sales workflows, lifecycle stages, and data hygiene practices 
  • Own and streamline the end-to-end RFP response process for complex government proposalsincluding cross-functional collaboration, compliance, content management, and continuous improvement. 
  • Design and launch dashboards and reporting to drive visibility into pipeline, performance, and forecasting 
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify gaps in sales process, tools, and performance - and close them through system-level solutions 
  • Lead onboarding for new sales team members and maintain a process that ramps reps to productivity fast 
  • Develop and evolve enablement materials including sales playbooks, talk tracks, objection handling guides, and competitive insights 
  • Align closely with marketing, customer success, and product to support cross-functional visibility and consistent messaging 
  • Build lightweight, high-impact training and performance reinforcement programs that fit a fast-moving sales team 
  • Continuously iterate on tools and enablement programs based on feedback, usage, and performance data 


What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, or a hybrid go-to-market role, preferably in B2B SaaS 
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience, including CRM architecture, automation, pipeline management, and reporting 
  • Experience managing complex RFP’s or equivalent, high stakes cross-functional deliverables. 
  • A proven track record of building sales infrastructure from the ground up - not just optimizing what already exists 
  • Strong analytical skills and a love for solving puzzles with systems, data, and process 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and translate between strategy and execution 
  • High ownership mindset - you do not wait to be told what to fix, you see it and fix it 
  • Comfortable operating in a high-ambiguity environment with few precedents, shifting priorities, and evolving roles 
  • Bias for action, intolerance for inefficiency, and zero fear of being hands-on 
  • Bonus: experience designing onboarding programs or building enablement resources from scratch 


What Success Looks Like
  • A clearly defined, enforced, and adopted sales funnel that enables accurate forecasting and visibility 
  • Every sales rep is using HubSpot the right way, every day - with data to prove it 
  • Reps ramp 30–50% faster with a structured onboarding flow you have designed and own 
  • Sales leadership has access to real-time reporting that supports better decisions and consistent accountability 
  • Playbooks, objection handling resources, and sales collateral are organized, current, and actively used 
  • Training is lean, effective, and embedded into how we work - not a separate event 
  • Sales performance improves as a direct result of the systems and enablement you build 
  • The sales team feels empowered, informed, and accountable - and you are the backbone behind that shift
