Director of Commercial Partnerships

Afresh is an AI-driven fresh food platform partnering with major grocers to reduce food waste and optimize fresh inventory. The Director, Commercial Partnerships will design and scale a partner ecosystem—focusing on ERP vendors, systems integrators, consultancies, and analysts—to accelerate revenue, shorten time-to-value for customers, and raise Afresh's market presence.

Skills

  • 8+ years in enterprise B2B partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances
  • Proven experience building partnership programs (referral, resale, technology/integration, co-promotion)
  • Domain knowledge in SaaS supply chain technology, grocery, food distribution or CPG
  • Deep understanding of enterprise software ecosystem including ERPs and systems integrators
  • Proven track record driving measurable revenue outcomes through partnerships
  • Strong negotiation skills and executive-level relationship management
  • Technical aptitude to engage on API and integration discussions
  • Cross-functional influence across sales, product, and marketing

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to accelerate topline growth
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with ERP vendors, SIs, consultancies, and industry analysts
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial terms with Legal and Finance support
  • Drive measurable pipeline and revenue from partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales to identify target accounts and create joint go-to-market plays
  • Work with Product and Engineering on API/integration strategy that supports partner use cases
  • Partner with Marketing/PMM to develop co-marketing programs, case studies, and enablement materials
  • Track and report partner-driven metrics (pipeline contribution, deal influence, revenue attribution)
  • Represent Afresh at industry events to cultivate ecosystem relationships

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required
