Skills
- Fluent written and spoken English and Japanese
- Strong phone presence and objection-handling skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) or willingness to learn
- Proven customer service orientation and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with sales telephony systems is a plus
- Ability to work US night shift schedule and manage time effectively
Responsibilities
- Renew and retain existing customers' software subscriptions
- Close renewal sales and achieve quotas
- Maintain and update prospect and opportunity records in Salesforce
- Conduct outreach via phone and email, handling objections and validating customer concerns
- Nurture and build strong customer relationships to maximize retention
- Execute renewal processes to ensure ARR retention and minimize churn
- Partner with internal teams to resolve customer issues and surface product value
- Learn and use a variety of technological tools to support sales efforts
- Prioritize and manage time and tasks effectively while maintaining accurate CRM data
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College degree preferred but not required
