Senior Alliance Manager- Infrastructure Alliances, North America

Veeam is a global leader in data resilience protecting hundreds of thousands of customers with backup, recovery, security, and data intelligence solutions. We are seeking a Senior Alliance Manager to own and scale North American partnerships with Pure Storage, HPE, and Dell—driving GTM plays, executive alignment, and measurable pipeline and revenue growth across enterprise and commercial segments.

Skills

  • Proven partner and alliance management with focus on infrastructure OEMs (HPE, Pure, Dell)
  • Quota-bearing or measurable revenue ownership with strong sales execution
  • Experience building and scaling repeatable GTM/co-sell plays
  • Executive relationship development and cross-organizational influencing
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC or similar structured sales methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute North American alliance strategy for Pure Storage, HPE, and Dell aligned to corporate and regional sales priorities.
  • Localize global alliance plans into regional GTM plays that generate pipeline and revenue.
  • Build and sustain executive relationships across partner sales, channel, and marketing organizations.
  • Drive joint account planning, field activation, and repeatable GTM plays to accelerate co-sell and SaaS revenue.
  • Lead business reviews, pipeline inspections, and forecasting with sales and partner stakeholders.
  • Coordinate enablement, campaigns, events, and partner marketing to increase adoption and joint visibility.
  • Represent North America in global alliance planning and influence roadmap and engagement models.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Advanced degree (MBA) preferred but not required
