The Role
The Channel Operations Specialist role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for GoGuardian’s channel business. You’ll manage transactional and process-driven tasks such as PO processing, deal registration, and partner data maintenance, while also providing operational insight to improve workflows and scalability. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales Ops, Finance, and partner teams to streamline processes, maintain high-quality data, and support the execution of GoGuardian’s partner programs.
