The North American market is our home and largest addressable market. As US GTM Lead, you are owning our GTM efforts locally, ensuring the effectiveness and scalability of our Sales team and processes.
You will initially own US Sales and partnerships end-to-end, including team management, sales execution, local partnerships, and GTM feedback loops with Product, Marketing and Customer Success.
Specifically, areas of ownership will include:
Reviewing and refining our existing GTM playbook to continue scaling.
Hiring, onboarding and coaching the team from our NYC office.
Owning US revenue targets and consistently outperform quota across the team.
Providing strategic GTM recommendations to ensure we keep on improving our unit economics.
Spending time with prospective and existing customers, and acting as the voice of the US market, translating customer insights into clear product and positioning priorities
You will initially manage a team of 5 AEs, and work hand in hand with our CEO, Alex, who you'll report to. You will be a key executive of the company, act as the senior GTM leader and face of Upflow in the US market.
This role is a natural path toward broader revenue or GM leadership as Upflow continues to scale globally.
Within 12–18 months, success means: a proven team on the ground, efficient mid-market motion, >85% quota attainment across the team, improved CAC efficiency, and at least two repeatable partnership motion contributing to pipeline.
Compensation: $250k–$300k OTE (50/50 split) uncapped upside, depending on experience and skills. Equity package commensurate with a senior executive role.
We welcome candidates from all profiles and backgrounds. You will likely be successful if you have the following traits.
High sales acumen and proven track record in mid-market GTM, ideally on a similar ICP and persona (finance professionals). Experience scaling GTM motions in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment (Series A+ preferred)
Deep understanding of US B2B buying dynamics, ideally selling to CFOs, Controllers, or Finance leaders
Strong hiring, onboarding and coaching skills, in order to scale our team.
High networking skills, to leverage our growing ecosystems of partners, both in NYC and other major US hubs.
Alignment with Upflow operating principles, strong executive judgment and ability to balance speed with scalability.
Product and data driven, to leverage our cutting-edge technology to support our product assisted sales process
