Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruiting for engineering, AI/ML, infrastructure, data, product, and select business roles.
- Source passive and active top-tier candidates using creative channels and targeted outreach.
- Manage candidate pipelines, maintain real-time visibility, and drive speed through the funnel.
- Conduct screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and close candidates.
- Build and optimize recruiting operations: ATS workflows, automation, templates, and dashboards.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, funnel conversion, offer acceptance) and iterate processes.
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers to align on role priorities, candidate profiles, and hiring strategy.
- Create documentation, playbooks, and processes to enable repeatable, scalable hiring.
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Relevant certifications in recruiting or talent acquisition are a plus
