Training Lead
Duties May Include:
- Design and deliver formal training curricula for new hire onboarding and ongoing staff development
- Develop and maintain training materials including curricula, guides, processes, and procedures documentation
- Ensure contractor personnel are adequately trained in TSD tools, troubleshooting methods, and customer service standards
- Monitor post-training performance and provide remedial training as needed to maintain quality standards
- Coordinate government-mandated training completion and tracking for all contractor personnel
- Conduct training effectiveness evaluations and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of training practices and techniques including adult learning principles
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience designing and delivering training in any field
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, or related field
- Strong presentation, communication, and instructional design skills
- Experience with Learning Management Systems and training documentation
- Ability to obtain and maintain CBP Background Investigation
Desired Qualifications:
- Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or similar certification
- Experience with technical training for IT service desk operations
- Knowledge of ITIL training methodologies and customer service best practices
- Experience developing training for government contractors or cleared personnel
- Instructional design certifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) training capabilities
