Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day operations for health insurance offerings including enrollment and file feed processing
- Work with carriers to resolve escalated enrollment, coding, and data discrepancies
- Identify, flag, and help remediate system bugs affecting carrier file feeds
- Review and process carrier network data files and upload updates as needed
- Coordinate implementation of new benefit offerings and update internal procedures
- Maintain vendor and internal SLAs and execute regulatory filings as required
- Gather, analyze, and report customer benefits data using SQL, Excel, and internal systems
- Build operational tools, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance
- Partner with Product and Engineering on system improvements and investments
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred but equivalent work experience accepted
- Relevant certifications or coursework in data analysis or benefits administration are a plus
