Job Summary

As a strategic leader within our People Team, you will oversee Porch’s global HR Business Partner (HRBP) operations across the United States, India, and Mexico. This role is integral to fostering a positive and inclusive employee experience within our distributed work environment. You will drive people strategies that align with organizational goals, ensure seamless collaboration across regions, and build a cohesive culture that supports employee engagement and development worldwide. By leading a high-performing HRBP team, you will directly contribute to Porch’s success by shaping workplace practices, supporting talent growth, and elevating the overall employee experience.

What You Will Get As A Porch Group Team Member
Pay Range*: $168,800 - $236,300 USD annually
*Please know your actual pay at Porch will reflect a number of factors among which are your work experience and skillsets, job-related knowledge, alignment with market and our Porch employees, as well as your geographic location.
Additionally, you will be eligible to receive long-term incentive awards, subject to program guidelines and approvals.
You will also be eligible to receive an annual bonus based on individual and company performance, subject to program guidelines and approvals
