As Tenor grows, we’re looking for a Founding SDR to join the team. At Tenor, we have a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity ahead of us to define a new category, and be the leading player in the space - and you'll be a key player in us achieving our vision.

We're a distributed team, with our founding team and headquarters in San Francisco. For this role, we're open to awesome candidates anywhere in North America, with the option to work in-person from our San Francisco HQ.
You:
Have at least 1 year of SDR experience, ideally selling enterprise SaaS
Are a stellar communicator - clear, sharp, and human
Are comfortable speaking with senior decision makers at F500 companies, with warmth, passion, and authenticity
Move fast, experiment, and aren’t afraid to try a new messaging approach or channel
Are excited about the future of leadership and learning, and fired up about AI’s role in it
Work well independently, but love being part of a high-trust, high-performance team
Know your way around tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator (and can learn fast)
The Role:
Your north star will be the number of meetings attended by qualified personas at Tenor’s ICP - and your variable comp is built to reward exactly that
You’ll run outbound across multiple channels: cold email, cold calling, and LinkedIn
You’ll help refine and improve messaging, sequences, and targeting — and double down on what works
You’ll manage pipeline and reporting in HubSpot to keep the whole team in sync
You’ll bring insight from your conversations back to the team to help us iterate on positioning, product, and strategy
