The Opportunity

The Revenue Operations Manager will architect and operationalize the data, systems, and processes that power TalkingPoints’ revenue engine. This role is ideal for a mid-career professional who combines technical fluency (especially in Salesforce), a strong grasp of GTM strategy, and a passion for enabling data-driven decisions across Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success.

You will serve as the connective tissue across our go-to-market teams — ensuring that our data is trusted, our systems are efficient, and our teams can act with confidence. This is both a builder and strategist role: you’ll design the systems, manage the tools, and lead cross-functional initiatives that fuel sustainable growth.

Your Responsibilities:

Salesforce Architecture & Data Integrity: 

  • Own Salesforce as the single source of truth for all GTM data, ensuring system reliability, data quality, and cross-functional usability.
  • Build and maintain scalable workflows, automations, and integrations across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
  • Establish data governance and stewardship practices to ensure information is clean, consistent, and actionable.

Revenue Process Design & Optimization

  • Map, document, and continuously refine the lead-to-renewal lifecycle — ensuring efficiency, transparency, and alignment with TalkingPoints’ GTM strategy.
  • Partner with GTM leaders to standardize forecasting, pipeline management, and renewal/expansion processes.
  • Identify friction points in workflows and implement systemic solutions to remove them.

Forecasting, Analytics & Insights:

  • Lead the design and operation of forecasting frameworks across Sales and Customer Success.
  • Build and automate dashboards and data visualizations that deliver trusted insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze pipeline trends and performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making.

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Partner Success, and Finance to align on targets, processes, and reporting standards.
  • Translate business needs into scalable systems and data solutions.
  • Champion change management to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools.

Strategic Projects & Systems

  • Evaluate, implement, and manage RevOps tools that complement Salesforce (e.g., CPQ, CLM, sales engagement platforms).
  • Lead special projects focused on scaling the revenue engine as the company grows.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM operations roles within a SaaS organization.
  • Strong Salesforce expertise, including process automation, reporting, and integrations. (Admin certification a plus.)
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, forecasting, pipeline management, and GTM strategy.
  • Proven ability to translate high-level business goals into scalable processes.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in BI tools and data visualization preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence without direct authority.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with GTM platforms like Salesloft, HubSpot and Clari, as well as with CX platforms like PlanHat is highly desirable.

The base range for this role is $100,000 - $125,000. The actual base compensation may vary depending on factors such as experience, location, market conditions, education/training, and skill level, and does not include bonuses, other forms of compensation, or benefits. This position will report to the Director of Operations.
