The Opportunity
The Revenue Operations Manager will architect and operationalize the data, systems, and processes that power TalkingPoints’ revenue engine. This role is ideal for a mid-career professional who combines technical fluency (especially in Salesforce), a strong grasp of GTM strategy, and a passion for enabling data-driven decisions across Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success.
You will serve as the connective tissue across our go-to-market teams — ensuring that our data is trusted, our systems are efficient, and our teams can act with confidence. This is both a builder and strategist role: you’ll design the systems, manage the tools, and lead cross-functional initiatives that fuel sustainable growth.

The base range for this role is $100,000 - $125,000. The actual base compensation may vary depending on factors such as experience, location, market conditions, education/training, and skill level, and does not include bonuses, other forms of compensation, or benefits.
