Responsibilities
- Oversee and support execution of operational and visual processes across the store
- Investigate inventory accuracy issues and partner with General Manager to address system or process gaps
- Champion and maintain visual merchandising standards informed by business performance data
- Manage sell-through support including inventory counts and coordinating labor for deliveries
- Support store budgeting, metric tracking (expenses, sell-thru) and planning processes
- Lead, coach and develop the Operations & Visual team, managing schedules and performance
- Ensure a safe, clean, and inviting store environment and protect operational efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement store initiatives and Flow experience deliverables
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
