Job Description
As a member of our Event Staff, you will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of educational and corporate events. This position requires a high level of professionalism, adaptability, and attention to detail to ensure that each event runs smoothly and reflects the excellence of Skills Bridge Academy.
Responsibilities
Support event setup, logistics, and on-site coordination.
Assist with guest registration, attendee guidance, and overall event flow.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
Provide exceptional service to participants, speakers, and partners.
Maintain a professional appearance and represent the organization’s values at all times.
Manage post-event breakdown and ensure all materials are properly handled.
