Sales Development Representative North America

Supermetrics is a fast-growing SaaS company focused on marketing and analytics data pipeline solutions. We are seeking an English-speaking Sales Development Representative for North America to prospect new customers, engage marketing and data professionals, book meetings for Account Executives, and grow within a collaborative sales team.

Skills

  • Proficient written and spoken English
  • Strong phone and email outreach skills
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and social selling
  • Ability to research prospects and craft targeted messaging
  • Resilience, persistence, and goal orientation
  • Interest in digital marketing, analytics, or SaaS (beneficial)

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify potential customers based on ideal customer profiles
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to schedule meetings for Account Executives
  • Capture and update activity and lead data in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with SDRs, Account Executives, and the wider sales team
  • Report to the SDR lead, learn sales processes, and contribute to pipeline growth

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (any field, marketing/business beneficial)
