Description
Sprout Social is seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Partnerships Director to lead and scale our most mission-critical relationships across social networks, platforms, and technology ecosystems. This high-impact role sits within our product organization, giving you direct influence over roadmap discussions, prioritization, and long-term product direction. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our most strategic partnerships are deeply integrated into how we build and scale, driving innovation, collaboration, and growth through exceptional partnerships.
In an industry undergoing rapid transformation, this role will serve as a key bridge between product innovation, go-to-market strategy, and partner execution. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of navigating ambiguity, directly influencing and impacting product strategy and the roadmap, and building new and existing relationships at companies of all sizes. You’ll bring executive-level polish, deep domain expertise, and a proven track record of driving high-impact initiatives from concept through launch.
We pride ourselves on exceptional people and relationships. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Sprout - driving step-change growth while working across senior internal and external stakeholders. You will bring a bias for action, deep experience navigating complex organizations, and the ability to turn relationships into real business outcomes.
