The Role:
We’re looking for a driven and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact with potential customers and play a key role in building our sales pipeline. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to break into tech sales and grow their career in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
What you’ll be doing:
Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Qualify inbound leads and nurture them through the early stages of the sales cycle.
Clearly articulate the value of our SaaS product and how it addresses customer pain points.
Research and identify target accounts, decision-makers, and business opportunities within our ICP.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to optimize pipeline growth.
Maintain accurate data in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot) and provide regular pipeline updates.
Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly activity metrics (calls, emails, demos booked, etc.).
The qualifications you need:
1–2+ years of SDR/BDR experience in a SaaS environment (required).
Proven success hitting or exceeding outbound prospecting and meeting-setting targets.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Experience using sales tools such as HubSpot.
Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities.
Growth mindset, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
