Vice President, Revenue Operations

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Billd. We are currently looking for a Vice President, Revenue Operations in the United States.

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Vice President of Revenue Operations to design, scale, and optimize our revenue and go-to-market (GTM) infrastructure. In this role, you will drive alignment across sales, marketing, and finance teams, ensuring operational excellence, visibility, and efficiency throughout the customer lifecycle. You will lead the architecture of processes, systems, and analytics that support revenue growth, while building and mentoring a high-performing team. This is a highly visible position requiring a blend of technical acumen, strategic thinking, and operational execution to accelerate business growth and drive measurable results.

Accountabilities

  • Commercial Strategy & Growth Planning – Collaborate with finance and GTM leadership to develop and operationalize commercial growth strategies, manage headcount, budgets, and revenue targets. Lead planning cycles including quota setting, pipeline planning, and capacity modeling.
  • End-to-End Commercial Journey – Build and optimize GTM infrastructure to ensure seamless hand-offs, accountability, and visibility across the customer lifecycle. Identify process gaps and implement cross-functional improvements to enhance speed, clarity, and customer experience.
  • Sales Operations, Systems & Enablement – Oversee forecasting, pipeline health, and compensation modeling. Optimize CRM architecture, manage systems roadmaps, drive automation, and ensure data hygiene and compliance across GTM systems. Partner with Sales Enablement to deliver onboarding, training, and continuous learning programs.
  • Revenue Intelligence & Analytics – Lead a RevOps team to deliver insights across funnel performance, retention, and growth. Build executive dashboards and reporting, champion data accuracy, and ensure analytics inform strategic decision-making.

  • 10+ years of experience in revenue or sales operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of designing and scaling RevOps teams, processes, and systems.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce and related GTM tools, with experience in automation, data management, and AI integration.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, sales analytics, KPI management, and performance optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, build high-performing teams, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions.
