- Experience with BI/reporting platforms (Tableau, Looker or similar)
- Compensation and quota modeling
- Forecasting, pipeline analytics, and cadence governance
- Data integrations, automation, and GTM engineering
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Design and execute annual and quarterly compensation plans for sales and revenue-generating teams.
- Manage end-to-end commission payout processes and serve as primary liaison between Finance and GTM teams.
- Define quota-setting methodologies and maintain territory and quota models.
- Build and maintain forecasting models, pipeline governance, and executive dashboards.
- Partner with Data/Engineering to evolve GTM tech stack, integrations, automations, and data pipelines.
- Create onboarding, training playbooks, and enablement tools; measure enablement efficacy and iterate.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Sales, Enablement, and Product to align incentives and processes.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree (MBA or related) preferred but not required
