Sr Manager, HRBP (Commercial)

SharkNinja, a global leader in innovative household products, seeks a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner for its Commercial team to enhance employee experience and drive strategic HR initiatives across the Americas.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary HR contact for commercial team members regarding benefits, payroll, and training
  • Manage hiring processes including requisition input, interviews, offer letters, and onboarding
  • Develop organizational design and change management plans to optimize structure
  • Conduct targeted training and leadership development programs
  • Advise senior leaders on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design
  • Implement performance management, employee engagement, and succession planning initiatives
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions
  • Promote company culture and inclusion consistently across teams
  • Analyze HR data to support decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Drive change management and organizational transformation efforts

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR certification preferred
