Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders on people and organizational challenges and transformations.
- Oversee and develop the HR Business Partners team to ensure strong client collaboration and skill growth.
- Drive labor productivity and mitigate business risks through aligned HR practices.
- Lead the design and application of people KPIs for client and internal use.
- Participate in workgroups, project teams, and committees within WelbeHealth.
- Champion the use of standard operating procedures for scalable and consistent operations.
- Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with executive and senior leaders.
- Represent WelbeHealth at external healthcare and HR industry events and associations.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or commitment to attain within 3 years.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Relevant HR certifications such as SHRM preferred.
