Responsibilities: Assist in the administration of executive compensation plans, manage annual merit processes, perform data audits, prepare compensation-related reports, and support various ad-hoc compensation projects.
Skills: Strong analytical and organizational skills, project management abilities, proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems, with WorkDay experience preferred.
Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of compensation experience, preferably in equity compensation, and a Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or finance.
Location: This position is remote with no specific office location; based in New York, USA.
Compensation: $60000 - $75000 / Annually
THE OPPORTUNITY
Responsible for the day-to-day support of the broadbased and executive Compensation functions. Provides regular and ad-hoc reports and assists with administration of various compensation plans and programs. Performs analysis and data audits procedural in maintaining data integrity. This role will report to the Compensation Manager and work closely with the Director, Executive Compensation. Interfaces with HRBPs, Finance, Payroll, vendors, HRIS and Legal.
