- Proven passive sourcing and outbound sourcing techniques

- Experience with ATS management (Greenhouse) and candidate tracking
- Interviewer training and hiring process optimization
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to prioritize and operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for priority engineering roles (frontend and mobile)
- Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates
- Screen, qualify, and move candidates through the interview process to offer
- Partner closely with hiring managers to advise on role specs, process improvements, and interviewer calibration
- Run interviewer trainings and manage interviewer loads to ensure consistent evaluation
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking and compliance in the ATS (Greenhouse)
- Provide regular status updates and metrics to business partners
- Represent Robinhood professionally to candidates and cultivate long-term talent relationships
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
