About the Role

We are hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to serve as the highest-leverage operator across our entire GTM function. You will be the strategic backbone for sales, growth marketing, customer success, and partnerships. This is not an admin role. It is foundational RevOps in its purest form.

You will build and manage the systems that power frontline execution. You will support every manager across pipeline management, instrumentation, and strategy. You will implement AI-native workflows, launch data visibility from scratch, and own the GTM stack. You will move fast, work directly with leadership, and create leverage across hundreds of workflows.

This role is ideal for someone with technical range, strong commercial intuition, and the ability to build the engine that drives revenue at scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement the core systems that support sales and customer success workflows.

  • Own and optimize the GTM tech stack.

  • Build automations, routing logic, triggers, and workflows that drive rep productivity.

  • Partner with frontline managers to improve territory planning, pipeline coverage, forecasting, and executional rigor.

  • Develop dashboards and reporting for real-time visibility into conversion rates, performance, and risk.

  • Create infrastructure for experimentation, GTM plays, and fast iteration.

  • Identify bottlenecks across the funnel and solve with automation and design, not headcount.

  • Build systems that are fast, clean, and built to scale.

Who You Are

  • Technically strong. You understand system design, data flow, CRM architecture, and automation tooling.

  • Commercially sharp. You think like a revenue leader and build what helps teams close more and grow faster.

  • Fluent in the GTM motion. You have supported SDRs, AEs, CSMs, and partnerships in a unified flow

  • Comfortable with ambiguity. You can ship clean solutions without waiting on perfect context

  • Able to deploy AI-native workflows

  • A builder by instinct. You want ownership and you get energy from creating internal leverage

Bonus Points

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or multi-channel sales organizations.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Looker.

  • Previous ownership of lead scoring, routing, and GTM analytics.

  • Exposure to AI-powered workflow tools and LLM-based logic.

Our people are our most valuable asset. The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $160,000. Title and base salary may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, and business needs. In addition to base pay, Rho offers equity, healthcare benefits and paid time off.
